This will mean match weights exceeding 150lb on many occasions………

With this in mind and as a FINAL gentle reminder I would like to mention the ruling regards net splits.

We require the nets to be split as below:

Silver Net / 3^rd Net:

This net will retain ALL Carp of approx 1lb and under and ALL silver fish.

CARP Nets / 1^st & 2^nd Nets:

This net will retain ALL Carp over 1lb and will be evenly split between the two nets.

Foot Note:

If you are catching excessively well and feel that you are heading towards 80lb + in each Carp net, then please use ALL 3 nets as “CARP” nets:

i.e. “Start putting the larger Carp in the Silver/3^rd net as well”

 As an aside, the committee are here to help provide you with well run matches, which in turn makes your choice of recreation, fun.

The craic is of paramount importance to a small informal club such as ours.

On that note we will take absolutely NO PLEASURE in having to disqualify any member that we feel has not given due consideration to these requests.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT US AND YOURSELVES IN THIS POSITION.
